In 2010, I migrated to Australia from a picturesque Green City, Sylhet, in Bangladesh. As a passionate individual, growing up amidst a natural splendour, I have developed a deep appreciation for the environment, which has motivated me to advocate for sustainable practices and eco-conscious living. I did my bachelor’s degree in social work. In Bangladesh, I was a schoolteacher and simultaneously, I was working as a program announcer and a news reader on both our national television and radio. I love recitation of poetry. I learned tailoring and sewing since I was young and have developed my passion for crafting. While I embrace my life in Australia, I have remained deeply connected to my roots back in Bangladesh. My home country’s wonders, alongside the values of compassion and resilience of my community, have continued to shape my journey.
